According to the formal release, "An unusual encounter leads characters Naoe and Yasuke into a fresh adventure, where rumors of banned ceremonies and fearsome transformations resonate through the darkness." The plot presents a "strangely attired woman named Ada" who tasks the pair with journeying into the Gemstone Grotto—a important location from Attack on Titan—to liberate her friend from a hidden group.

The questline focuses on "bizarre trials and a terrifying enemy" and is accessible to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.

Familiar Places and Transformations

The teaser features the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan redesigned as the Crystal Cave. This historic location was formerly where the Reiss royal family handed down the Founding Titan ability through eras. The teaser ends with a striking moment showing a character, likely the hostage, morphing into a Titan that looms over Naoe and Yasuke.
